The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the main attractions. The room itself was quite spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.
The check-in process was a nightmare. The instructions provided were confusing, and it took us several hours to figure out how to access our room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being in the center of the city and close to many attractions. We were able to easily explore the nearby cafes and restaurants, as well as visit all the sights we wanted to see. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring.
There were some issues with the service at the hotel, as mentioned in the reviews. It seems that there were difficulties in reaching the staff after business hours, resulting in delays in resolving problems such as the lack of hot water.
